We use the latest technologies and tools, such as Computer Aided Design (CAD) and Finite Element Analysis (FEA), to design and develop our high quality fasteners to fit the specific needs of our customers.
We have all the Testing facilities for Materials and Fasteners to be able to test the bolts that we manufacture and to ensure that our products are made from the specified materials and are able to withstand the loads and stresses that they are required.
We carry out Analysis of the behaviour of our products (e.g. friction coefficient test) to help our customers performing an optimal tightening of the screw and thus resulting in a good behaviour in service of the bolted join.
We also work with our customers in Simultaneous Engineering to ensure that our products meet their technical requirements and that new samples are in line with their new vehicle launch plans and projects.
