The state-of-the-art technology of our facilities, certified with IATF 16949 and ISO 14001, consists of the following processes and equipment: Boltmakers for cold forging, Heat Treatment Lines, Equipment and various machinery to define the final shape of the fastener (Robot fed CNC Lathes and Rolling machines, Straightening, etc.), Coating Lines, Sorting Equipment, Packaging Lines, and Control and Laboratory Equipment.
Thanks to the flexibility of our design teams and the great availability of special Tooling, we specialize in Customized Volumes for our customers. We can thus manufacture and supply references from millions of pieces per year, through hundreds of thousands, and tens of thousands and even in specific cases thousands.
Our bolts and screws are aimed both to the Automotive sector (vehicles and components) in a global sense: cars, trucks, vans, earthmoving machines, tractors, powertrains, electric motors, wheels, steering, brakes, engines, etc., and to other Industries such us Solar, Wind, Machinery, Forestry, etc
